All scans at InnerView are performed by Dr. Ayousha Saher, a dedicated sonologist who holds an MBBS, is a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP), and holds a Diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasonography (DDD). She has completed specialist training in the Netherlands, Germany, and England, and brings international standards of imaging practice to our Rawalpindi clinic.

What to Expect at Your Scan

Scans are carried out in a private room. Dr. Ayousha will explain what she is looking for before beginning and will let you know her findings during or immediately after the scan. A written report is available the same day — useful if you need to share results with another doctor.

Most scans take 15 to 30 minutes. Some — particularly abdominal and pelvic scans — require preparation such as fasting or attending with a full bladder. Our team will let you know exactly what is needed when you book.

Do I Need a Referral?

No. Patients can self-refer for most routine ultrasound scans at InnerView. If you have been referred by another doctor, please bring the referral letter if you have one — but it is not essential.
