Our Services

InnerView provides a comprehensive range of mental health services including psychiatrist consultations, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR therapy for trauma, OCD treatment (ERP), anxiety and depression treatment, bipolar disorder management, ADHD assessment, child and adolescent psychiatry, couples counseling, family therapy, stress management, sleep disorder treatment, and diagnostic sonology (ultrasound).

Our Location

Our clinic is located at Plaza No 32, Abu-Bakar Avenue, Commercial Phase 8, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi — conveniently accessible from across Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Ample parking is available. Online video consultations are available for patients who cannot attend in person.
